By accessing and using BloomRecordz music distribution platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

BloomRecordz provides music distribution services to independent artists and record labels, enabling the distribution of audio content to digital streaming platforms and download stores worldwide. Our platform offers subscription-based access with special benefits for BloomRecordz signed artists.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Types

• Independent Artist: Individual musicians and artists
• Record Label: Companies managing multiple artists
• BloomRecordz Artist: Artists signed to BloomRecordz label

4. Content and Rights

4.1 User Content

• You retain all ownership rights to your musical content
• You grant BloomRecordz the right to distribute your content to third-party platforms
• You must own or have proper licensing for all content you upload
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on third-party rights

4.2 Content Standards

• Content must be original or properly licensed
• No hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal content
• Audio quality must meet our technical specifications
• Artwork must be appropriate and professional

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are charged annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
• BloomRecordz artists receive complimentary access

5.2 Royalty Payments

• We pay 105% of collected royalties from distribution platforms
• Payments are processed monthly with a $10 minimum threshold
• Royalty rates may vary by platform and territory
• Tax responsibilities remain with the user

6. Distribution Services

6.1 Platform Coverage

• We distribute to 200+ platforms worldwide
• Platform availability may vary by territory
• We cannot guarantee acceptance by all platforms
• Distribution timelines vary by platform (typically 1-7 days)

6.2 Content Review

• All content is subject to quality and compliance review
• We reserve the right to reject content that doesn't meet our standards
• BloomRecordz artists receive priority review and approval
• Review typically takes 24-48 hours for independent users

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't own or lack permission to distribute
• Attempt to manipulate streaming numbers or royalty payments
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack our platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies

8. Termination

8.1 By User

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• Your content will be removed from platforms after a grace period

8.2 By BloomRecordz

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

9. Limitation of Liability

BloomRecordz is not liable for:

• Platform decisions regarding content acceptance or promotion
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Loss of potential revenue or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions of third-party platforms or services

10. Intellectual Property

• BloomRecordz platform and technology are our intellectual property
• Users retain all rights to their musical content
• You grant us limited rights necessary to provide distribution services
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your data
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We may share anonymized data for analytics purposes
• You control the sharing of your personal information

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
