Getting Started

  1. Visit the Get Started page
  2. Choose your account type: Independent Artist, Record Label, or contact us for BloomRecordz artist consideration
  3. Fill out the registration form with your information
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Choose your subscription plan
  6. Complete payment setup
  7. Start uploading your music!

Independent Artist ($20/year): Perfect for solo artists who want to distribute their own music.
Premium Artist ($30/year): Enhanced features and analytics for serious independent artists.
Record Label ($70/year): Manage up to 10 artists with label tools.
Label Enterprise ($300/year): Unlimited artists with white-label options.
BloomRecordz Artists: Free unlimited access for signed artists.

Upload & Distribution Help

Supported Formats:
  • MP3: 320kbps (minimum 160kbps)
  • WAV: 44.1kHz/16-bit or higher
  • FLAC: Lossless compression
  • M4A/AAC: 256kbps or higher
Requirements:
  • Maximum file size: 100MB per track
  • Minimum length: 30 seconds
  • Maximum length: 30 minutes
  • No silence at beginning or end
  • Professional mastering recommended

Artwork Requirements:
  • Size: 3000x3000 pixels (minimum 1400x1400)
  • Format: JPG or PNG
  • No text overlay or promotional content
  • High quality, professional appearance
  • RGB color mode
Metadata Requirements:
  • Track title (required)
  • Artist name (required)
  • Album/EP title
  • Genre (required)
  • Release date
  • Copyright information

Analytics & Royalties

BloomRecordz offers an industry-leading 105% royalty rate, meaning you receive 105% of what streaming platforms pay us. We supplement the additional 5% from our own revenue to ensure you earn more than with any other distributor. This applies to:
  • Streaming royalties from all platforms
  • Download sales revenue
  • Social media platform usage
  • International collection societies
Royalties are calculated monthly and available for withdrawal once you reach the $10 minimum threshold.

Withdrawal Methods:
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account (3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: Fast and convenient worldwide (1-2 business days)
  • Stripe Direct: Instant transfers to supported accounts
Process:
  1. Go to your Royalties dashboard
  2. Click "Request Withdrawal"
  3. Choose your payment method
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm the withdrawal amount
  6. Receive payment within specified timeframe

Account Management

Upgrading Your Plan:
  1. Go to your account settings
  2. Click "Subscription Management"
  3. Choose your new plan
  4. Complete payment for the upgrade
  5. New features are immediately available
Canceling Your Subscription:
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Your music remains live until the end of your billing period
  • After cancellation, new uploads are not accepted
  • Existing music will be removed after grace period
